Judge Kevin M. Miller is chambered at the Otter Tail County District Court and serves the Seventh Judicial District along with many other judges. It is important to note that although this site highlights numerous irregularities in Judge Miller’s decisions in our case, there is currently no evidence that other judges in Otter Tail County or the Seventh Judicial District have acted similarly.
