Judge Kevin M. Miller
Judge Kevin M. Miller is chambered at the Otter Tail County District Court and serves the Seventh Judicial District along with many other judges.
It is important to note that although this site highlights numerous irregularities in Judge Miller’s decisions in our own case (Stevenson v. Stevenson, 56-CV-20-2928), all but one of these decisions have ultimately been affirmed by the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
It is also important to note that there is currently no evidence that other judges in Otter Tail County or the Seventh Judicial District have acted similarly. It remains unclear whether these judges were aware of Judge Miller’s actions in our case, or if such awareness would have triggered their own ethical obligations.
