IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties that the Court may issue a
Scheduling Order as follows :
1. The deadline for discovery shall be September 30, 2026.
2. Plaintiffs expert disclosure deadline is September 30, 2026.
3. The deadline for examinations pursuant to Minn. R. Civ. P. 35 and Defendant's expert
disclosures shall be November 30, 2026.
4. The deadline to join parties shall be June 2, 2026.
5. The deadline to amend pleadings shall be August 3, 2026.
6. The deadline to select a mediator shall be August 3, 2026.
7. The deadline to engage in mediation shall be September 30, 2026.
8. The deadline for filing dispositive motions and non-dispositive motions, aside from
motions in limine, shall be September 30, 2026.
9. A Joint Statement of Case pursuant to Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 112 shall be submitted by
February 15, 2027.
10. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at ___ on February_ , 2027, and will be heard by
the Honorable Kevin Miller at the Wadena County Courthouse, 415 Jefferson Street South ,
